To keep your pen looking cute and lasting longer:

• Twist gently to open and close

• Do not drop or throw — beads and toppers may crack or loosen

• Keep away from heat or direct sunlight

• Do not soak or wash — wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed

📦 Refund & Replacement Policy:

 Each pen is handmade with care and inspected before shipping. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the problem.

• Claims made after 14days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• If the issue is found to be due to normal wear and tear or improper handling, no refund or replacement will be provided.

• In some cases, a discounted replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

• If a full refund is deemed appropriate, photo evidence of the faulty pen must be provided; otherwise, the refund will not be accepted.
