Please allow approximately 5–6 weeks turnaround for manufacturing, designing, and shipping.

Once produced, your order will be shipped to me first for a quality check before being packaged with love and sent straight to you 🫶🥳

Once your design has been confirmed, refunds or swaps are not available, so please ensure you’re happy with your final design before approval.

Each mat is made-to-order and sent to me before being forwarded to you.

Your order will be placed with my supplier once payment is received, and when it arrives, I’ll carefully package and post it to your door 💌
