⚠️ Refund Reminder: Once a design has been confirmed, there are no refunds or swaps, so please be confident you love your final choice before approving.

This is a custom-made desk mat created especially for you!

As each design is made-to-order and shipped to me before I send it on to you, the turnaround time is approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of your order.

Your order will be placed with my supplier as soon as your payment is received, and once it arrives with me, I’ll package it up with love and post it straight to your door. 💌

Please note:

• This is a pre-order item and must be purchased in advance.

• Estimated delivery times can vary slightly depending on supplier and postal delays.

• If you’re ordering other ready-to-ship items at the same time, they will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives (unless arranged otherwise).

💬 Communication Rules for Pre-Orders:

To make the process smooth for everyone:

1. Order updates – I’ll provide updates if there are any major changes or delays.

2. Progress checks – Please allow the full estimated timeframe before following up on your order.

3. Status tracking – I cannot provide daily updates while waiting for stock to arrive from my supplier, but I will notify you the moment it’s on its way to you.

4. Polite communication – All questions are welcome, but please keep in mind that I have no control over supplier or postal delays once it’s in transit to me.

🛑 Refund & Exchange Policy – Custom Desk Mats

Because each desk mat is custom-made to your confirmed design, refunds or exchanges are not available once the design has been approved.

We will confirm your design with you three times before it is sent to the manufacturer, giving you plenty of opportunity to review and make any changes. Once your final approval is given, the design is sent into production and cannot be reversed, altered, or cancelled.

Please ensure you are 100% happy and confident with your design before giving your final confirmation.
