All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow processing time as items are made to order.
Processing Times:
Orders are completed in the order they are received. During busy periods, wait times may be longer. If you would like an update on your order status, please contact us directly.
Shipping Responsibility:
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post or the chosen international carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur in transit.
Tracking:
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure correct delivery details are provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses:
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Shipping Issues:
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact Australia Post or the relevant carrier directly to lodge an investigation. We will assist where possible but cannot control carrier outcomes.
International Orders:
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.
